First, preheat the oven to 400º. Then, dice the tomatoes and goat cheese in to small cubes. Dice the rosemary.
In a large mixing bow, whisk the eggs and heavy whipping cream. Then, whisk for 30 seconds. Then, add the salt and pepper to the mixture and whisk again for 30 more seconds.
Next, pour the egg base into a buttered 8-inch round dish. Then, sprinkle the diced tomatoes and goat cheese into the egg mixture. Next, sprinkle the diced rosemary on top of the egg mixture last.
Then, place the frittata in the oven at 400º for 30 minutes. Serve immediately!
Notes
Make sure you whisk for 30 seconds and then add the salt and pepper and whisk for 30 more seconds. This will make a super fluffy frittata!
