This sauce is so easy to make and it is so tasty on so many foods! I love dipping so many foods in this sauce or using it as a topping on foods. The idea for this sauce came from Chic-Fil-A’s avocado lime ranch. I wanted to make a healthier version of this sauce with raw, simple ingredients. I wanted it to be creamy (and dreamy), so this sauce was born.
Equipment for this recipe:
- Food Processor
- Small bowl
- Knife
Ingredients for this recipe:
- Jalapeño
- Fresh Lime juice
- Avocado
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cilantro
- Water

How to make the sauce:
When I say this recipe is easy to make… I mean it! First you will cut and deseed the Jalapeño with your knife. Put the Jalapeño into your food processor. Then squeeze your lime into the food processor. Cut your avocado in half and discard the core. Scoop the whole avocado out and into the food processor. Then you will add your salt, pepper, and cilantro to the food processor. Add water blend on high in the food processor. If you would like a thinner consistency add 1 tbsp more of water at a time until you get the right consistency for your liking. Serve on the side of chicken nuggets, fries, or even a salad! You will love it!

How to store your Green Dream Sauce:
The best way to store this sauce is to put it in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. This sauce will keep for up to a week! The best part of this sauce is that it can go on so many things! This recipe makes 8 2 tablespoon servings, so it is perfect to save some for later!
