This recipe has been one of my FAVORITE MEALS for a LONG time. My husband and I stumbled upon cooking salmon this way early into dating. We make it weekly, so it only seemed fitting that it would be my first food post.
We love cooking this meal because it is so healthy and we can cook just about any vegetable with it. Our favorite vegetable with it is roasted zucchini or broccoli. I typically buy a large salmon filet and cut it up into smaller filets and freeze the rest! This is a great last minute grill night meal, and it is as good as going out to eat!
We typically get our cedar planks from Costco, but you can also order them off of Amazon. There is a 9 pack for $14.99. Once cedar plank can easily fit about four salmon filets on it. Make sure to soak your cedar plank before putting it on the grill. This is a crucial step!
