An easy and delicious recipe that takes just minutes to assemble and minutes on the grill. Talk about a yummy 30 minute meal! This is it! My husband and I love to grill and this is something that is an easy last minute throw it together and grill it up recipe! When you are cooking for a lot of people this is also a great recipe because it’s easy to put together and it makes six servings. We have cooked this up for friends that we found out were wanting to hang out last minute and it was a HUGE hit! Also, if you aren’t a huge fan of blue cheese, you can always switch out the cheese. Look at some of the substitution recommendations below! As always, I hope you love this recipe as much as I do!

Equipment for this recipe:
- Toothpicks
- Grill
Ingredients for this recipe:
- Flank Steak
- Blue Cheese
- Asparagus
- Pepper
- Salt
Substitutions:
Cheese- If you really don’t like blue cheese or want something different, this recipe is also delicious with Feta, Goat cheese, mozzarella, or gorgonzola. All are a 1:1 swap for the blue cheese.
Vegetables- If you would like a different vegetable in your steak roll up, green beans, bell peppers, or even carrots are a great substitution for the asparagus.
Steak- I like to use flank steak because it is thin and easy to use, but feel free to use skirt steak or hanger steaks as well.
