This recipe is so simple and it’s one of our favorites! It is great for all of my gluten free friends that miss eating chick-fil-a nuggets or sandwiches! IF you miss chick-fil-a chicken nuggets, try out this recipe: Almond Flour Chicken Nuggets. This slider recipe is a very similar recipe except I like my garlic aioli that I pair with it!   • Large Frying Pan
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Immersion Blender

Ingredients for this recipe:

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Almond Flour
  • Xanthan Gum
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Pickle Juice
  • Pickles
  • Eggs
  • Peanut Oil or Avocado Oil
  • Mayo
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Lemon Juice

Variations:

Spicy Chicken Sandwich- To make a spicy chicken sandwich, instead of dipping the chicken in an egg wash, dip it in a hot sauce wash. Just put hot sauce in a bowl and dip it in that first, then dip it in the almond flour mixture.

Delux Chicken Sandwich- To make this sandwich a deluxe sandwich, add your favorite slice of cheese and then lettuce and tomato! Delicious!
