This recipe is so simple and it’s one of our favorites! It is great for all of my gluten free friends that miss eating chick-fil-a nuggets or sandwiches! - Large Frying Pan
- Large mixing bowl
- Medium mixing bowl
- Immersion Blender
Ingredients for this recipe:
- Chicken Breasts
- Almond Flour
- Xanthan Gum
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper
- Pickle Juice
- Pickles
- Eggs
- Peanut Oil or Avocado Oil
- Mayo
- Garlic Cloves
- Lemon Juice
Variations:
Spicy Chicken Sandwich- To make a spicy chicken sandwich, instead of dipping the chicken in an egg wash, dip it in a hot sauce wash. Just put hot sauce in a bowl and dip it in that first, then dip it in the almond flour mixture.
Delux Chicken Sandwich- To make this sandwich a deluxe sandwich, add your favorite slice of cheese and then lettuce and tomato! Delicious!
