Greek chicken is an easy weeknight meal or prep ahead lunch that I love to make when I want something tasty and quick. Since I am a teacher, this is something I can easily prep on a Sunday and take for lunch a few times during the week. I came up with this recipe because I LOVE the creamy cucumber tomato salad! I had to come up with a protein that complemented this cucumber tomato salad. SO this greek chicken is one of my absolute favorites! If you want to add a carb to this recipe, roasted potatoes are also great with it!

For flank steak, make sure you cook to your desire temperature, my desired temperature is medium rare, this is cooked with a warm red center.
