This meal plan is perfect for a brand new year and to kick it off right! I know we are all ready to say goodbye to 2020, HALLELUJAH! This meal plan is the great way to ensure you have a good game plan going into the new year! One thing I definitely am not is a dieter… I try my best not to fall into diet culture. My rule of thumb is to shoot to eat healthy every day and if you fall short every once in a while it’s okay. If you plan healthy dinners at home, you will eat healthy most of the time anyway. Another tip, is PACK YOUR LUNCH. Eating out is fun and exciting, but take out and restaurants don’t make their food to be healthy (at least most of them don’t). I stick around the same healthy weight because I stick to these rules of thumb. Am I the skinniest person I know, absolutely not… am I a healthy person… ABSOLUTELY! That is goal, be healthy and be happy. Don’t make yourself feel guilty for going out to eat with your friends or having a glass of wine! Life is too short! This meal plan has all the groceries listed below and if you have to buy everything it cost $105-$115 for the week for 4 people! That is about $5.25-$5.75 per person per meal! I hope you love this meal plan as much as I do!

The grocery list below is complete with every ingredient you need! Feel free to cross things off as you go! This accommodates 4 people. If you need to double your grocery list for 8 people, don’t double these items:

- Wild Rice
- Greek Seasoning
- Stone Ground Mustard
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil

Once you buy the ingredients from the grocery list, you can find the instructions for each of these recipes in the link below:
