This pizza is delicious and it keeps you in ketosis! My favorite! I love pizza and when my husband and I gave up eating a ton of carbs, pizza was a hard thing to say goodbye to. We used to eat take out pizza once a week, so it really stunk! Now, on Friday’s I make this pizza and it is so quick and easy to make! It is ready way faster than a take out pizza could even be at our door!

How to make the pizza:
First, you will preheat your oven to 400º and place your cast iron skillet in the oven to preheat. Then, in a microwavable mixing bowl mix together the mozzarella and the cream cheese and put in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stop the microwave at 45 seconds and stir it and then continue heating it in the microwave. Once you take the mixture out of the microwave, add in the almond flour and egg and mix together with a fork or your hands. Knead the mixture together well. Next you will put the mixture in the preheated cast iron. When you first put the mixture in the skillet, it may sizzle in the beginning, this is normal. You will need to spread it out quickly and add your toppings quickly. Then, pop it in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is browned and crispy. Then, cut the pizza into 8 slices with a pizza cutter and serve!
