Lately my hubs and I have started to really love fondue, but trying to be healthy we had to cut out eating melted cheese all the time. Of course we splurge from time to time. But… this fondue boil we do is delicious!
In a fondue boil, you can boil veggies, shrimp, steak, chicken, or fish! And this fondue boil has so much flavor you don’t even need seasoning and it’s healthy! We also love pairing healthy dipping sauces (in moderation) just to add some variety to our meats and veggies!

In this fondue boil we decided to use zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, steak, and shrimp. We used sugar-free yum yum sauce, horseradish sauce, and my homemade 3-minute Pesto. It was delicious!
